Graduates of the MMPP program are able to manage, develop, and utilize personal property as well as all company assets; archive documents; attract tenants; conduct facility management; provide solutions and recommendations for asset optimization; determine property value and selling price; evaluate and compare assets.
Valuation

Valuation

Graduates of the MMPP program are competent and skilled in conducting property valuation in accordance with established standards, preparing terms of reference and property valuation reports, applying valuation concepts and general principles, evaluating and analyzing the property market (Market Overview)

Graduates of the MMPP program are competent and skilled in conducting business valuation, understanding and applying business valuation concepts and general principles, developing data management information systems and databases, responding and adapting quickly, leveraging business valuation development opportunities

Graduates of the MMPP program are able to generate findings, identify current issues, apply technical approaches and methods, prepare research proposals and systematic research reports, write scientific papers and disseminate research results
