A faculty member of the Master's Program in Management, Postgraduate School, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), together with the Talenta 2026 Community Engagement Team and Universiti Kuala Lumpur Business School, conducted a community engagement program in Bukit Lawang, Langkat Regency. Through the Langkat Green Hub digital innovation, the initiative promotes sustainable ecotourism while empowering local communities, in line with the vision of the USU Master of Management Program to produce innovative, globally competitive managers with meaningful social impact.

The Master's Program in Management at the Postgraduate School, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), has initiated discussions on the development of a Double Degree Program in collaboration with the Master of Business Administration (MBA), Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL), Malaysia. This initiative represents a strategic step toward strengthening internationalization, enhancing academic mobility, and supporting the Program's vision of producing innovative, globally competitive managers with meaningful social impact through collaboration in education, research, and community engagement.
