Prof. Dr. Elisabet Siahaan, S.E., Head of the Master of Property Management and Valuation Study Program at the Postgraduate School of Universitas Sumatera Utara (MMPP SPs USU), officially inaugurated the MMPP Student Association board for the 2026–2027 term on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at the SPs USU Hall. This inauguration and handover ceremony marked the beginning of Heriyadi Simamora, S.P.’s leadership, succeeding the 2025–2026 board chair, Asnursyah, S.E., Ak.

The event, which began at 13:30 WIB, opened with the presentation of the Accountability Report (LPJ) by Asnursyah, S.E., Ak., covering the 2025–2026 term. Following the official inauguration by the Head of the Study Program, Heriyadi Simamora, S.P., delivered a speech outlining the new board's vision to enhance active student participation in both academic and organizational spheres.

The inauguration of the new board reflects the implementation of SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions) through transparent, democratic, and accountable student leadership. Furthermore, the organization is committed to strengthening SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) by establishing strategic collaborations with professional associations—such as MAPPI—and industry stakeholders.

The inauguration session concluded with direct guidance from the Head of the MMPP SPs USU Study Program, followed by a group photo session. The new board for the 2026–2027 term is expected to bring fresh energy to championing student aspirations and bolstering the institution's reputation at the national level.
