The Master of Valuation and Property Management (MMPP) Program at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) successfully held a Workshop on Zoning and the Procedures for Determining Land Value Zones (ZNT) and Average Indicated Values (NIR). This event aimed to enhance the understanding and competence of participants in accurately conducting property appraisals and keeping up with the latest developments in appraisal practices.
