On Thursday, October 10, 2024, students and lecturers from the Master’s Program in Property Management and Valuation, Postgraduate School, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), conducted a comparative study visit to the Master of Science Real Estate Program, Department of Real Estate, Faculty of Built Environment & Surveying, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM).
This visit aimed to deepen academic insights, exchange knowledge on real estate education and research, and study the curriculum, teaching methods, and academic facilities provided by UTM. Additionally, it served as an opportunity to establish collaborative initiatives between the two institutions to enhance academic and professional competencies in property management and valuation.
Such comparative studies play a crucial role in promoting global academic engagement and improving education quality through international collaboration.
