The Postgraduate School of Universitas Sumatera Utara participated in the Seminar, Work Meeting, and PEPSILI Curriculum Discussion held in Banjarmasin on 3 November 2023. The activity was attended by Prof. Ir. T. Sabrina, M.Agr.Sc., Ph.D., Prof. Dr. Ir. Evawany Yunita Aritonang, M.Si., Prof. Rahmawaty, S.Hut., M.Si., Ph.D., and Prof. Dr. Delvian, S.P., M.P., as a form of USU’s commitment to supporting curriculum strengthening and the development of Environmental Science at the national level.

The Indonesian Association of Environmental Science Study Programs (PEPSILI) organized a Seminar, Work Meeting, and Curriculum Discussion held in Banjarmasin on 3 November 2023. This activity served as a strategic forum to strengthen the direction of Environmental Science education development and to align the curriculum with the evolving environmental needs and challenges.

 

The Postgraduate School of Universitas Sumatera Utara actively participated in the activity through the attendance of Prof. Ir. T. Sabrina, M.Agr.Sc., Ph.D., Prof. Dr. Ir. Evawany Yunita Aritonang, M.Si., Prof. Rahmawaty, S.Hut., M.Si., Ph.D., and Prof. Dr. Delvian, S.P., M.P. The presence of these academics reflects Universitas Sumatera Utara’s commitment to supporting the strengthening of educational quality and academic policies in Environmental Science at the national level.

 

Through the series of seminars and work meetings, various strategic issues related to curriculum development, enhancement of graduate competencies, and strengthening collaboration among Environmental Science study programs were discussed. This activity is expected to produce constructive recommendations to encourage improvements in educational quality and scholarly contributions in addressing the challenges of sustainable development.
