The Master's Program in Management organized a Teaching Practitioner Program for the Business Management Capita Selecta course on September 16, 2023, in Classroom 108 of the Master of Management Study Program. The program, attended by Regular Class 57 students, reflects the study program's commitment to enhancing the quality of learning through collaboration with industry while providing students with a more contextual and practice-oriented learning experience.

During the program, the Master's Program in Management invited Dicky Adiansyah from PT Telkomsel Digital Ecosystem (INDICO) as the teaching practitioner. He delivered presentations on the latest developments in digital business strategies, corporate digital transformation, technology-based marketing strategies, and practical experience in digital marketing development and managerial decision-making amid the challenges of competition in the digital era. The session included presentations, interactive discussions, and question-and-answer activities, enabling students to understand how business management concepts are implemented in technology-based companies.

The students actively participated in discussions with the teaching practitioner throughout the program. Through these interactive sessions, they gained valuable insights into the implementation of digital business strategies, strengthened their understanding of the relationship between management theories and industrial practices, and developed an awareness of the competencies required to succeed in the rapidly evolving digital business environment. Direct interaction with the practitioner provided students with practical learning experiences while broadening their perspectives on the opportunities and challenges of digital transformation.

Through the Teaching Practitioner Program, the Master's Program in Management continues to strengthen collaboration between academia and industry in support of improving the quality of education. The program is expected to continue as a sustainable initiative that equips students with practical knowledge, professional skills, and relevant competencies needed to meet the challenges of the workplace and the ever-evolving digital business landscape.
