The Master's Program in Management organized a Teaching Practitioner Program for the Business Management Capita Selecta course on November 22, 2025, in Classroom 108 of the Master's Program in Management. The program, attended by Executive Class 36 students, reflects the study program's commitment to enhancing the quality of learning through collaboration with industry while providing students with more practical and application-oriented learning experiences.
During the program, the Master's Program in Management invited Muhammad Zaki, Manager of the HC Help Center, as the teaching practitioner. He delivered presentations on human resource management within organizations, employee performance improvement strategies, competency development, performance management, and the development of a productive organizational culture. The session was conducted through presentations, interactive discussions, and question-and-answer activities, enabling students to gain practical insights into human resource management practices in modern organizations.
The students enthusiastically participated in discussions with the teaching practitioner throughout the program. Through these interactive sessions, they gained valuable insights into human resource management practices, understood the importance of competency development and performance management in improving organizational productivity, and learned to connect the human resource management theories studied in the classroom with their practical application in the workplace. The discussions also enhanced students' understanding of the challenges of managing human resources in an increasingly competitive global environment.
