The Master's Program in Management organized a Teaching Practitioner Program for the Corporate Business Project course on November 22, 2025, in Classroom 108 of the Master's Program in Management. The program, attended by Executive Class 36 students, reflects the study program's commitment to enhancing the quality of learning through collaboration with industry while strengthening the connection between classroom theories and real-world business practices.
During the program, the Master's Program in Management invited Edi Priyanto, Human Resources Director of PT Pelindo Multi Terminal, as the teaching practitioner. He shared his professional experience in human resource management, employee competency development strategies, performance management, and the role of leadership in supporting the successful implementation of corporate business projects. He also discussed the challenges organizations face in managing human resources amid today's rapidly changing business environment. The session was delivered through presentations, interactive discussions, and question-and-answer activities, enabling students to gain practical insights into human resource management in modern organizations.
The students enthusiastically participated in discussions with the teaching practitioner throughout the program.
