The role of an assessor is currently highly needed because they have the competence to determine an asset's economic value and potential. An assessor will produce an objective and independent assessment report in accordance with the Assessor's Code of Ethics, Indonesian Assessor Standards. An assessor has the competence to carry out assessment activities and has at least completed initial assessment education. The Master of Property Management and Assessment at the Graduate School is a formally accredited school with an A accreditation from the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education. The Master's Program in Valuation Property Management (MMPP) Study Program at the Postgraduate School produces graduates who can manage and assess assets optimally. The assessment results and the ability to manage assets to become productive assets significantly impact the optimization of national development that drives Indonesia's economic growth.
