Assalamu’alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh, greetings to all of us. Welcome to the official website of the Master of Management Program, Postgraduate School, Universitas Sumatera Utara. The Master of Management Program at USU was established under the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education Number 516/DIKTI/Kep/1996 dated November 12, 1996, and began its academic operation in 1997. Since then, the program has remained committed to providing management education that is excellent, adaptive, and relevant to the needs of business, industry, government, and society. With the spirit of “Innovation for Social Impact and Sustainable Transformation,” the education process is designed to develop graduates who can think strategically, make data-driven decisions, lead change, and create innovations that generate positive and sustainable impact. The curriculum is structured to be completed in three semesters through a focused and effective learning process while maintaining academic quality and depth. The Master of Management Program at USU offers five concentrations: Human Capital Management, Digital Marketing, Business Finance, Innovation and Technology Management, and Strategic Management. Learning is supported by academics and professional practitioners, allowing students to gain a balanced understanding of conceptual knowledge and practical experience in the workplace. The learning process is delivered through interactive discussions, case studies, *project-based learning*, applied research, practitioner lectures, business projects, community engagement, industrial visits, and collaboration with national and international partners. Through this approach, students are expected to develop integrity, professional ethics, analytical skills, leadership, global insight, and the ability to provide practical solutions for organizations. We invite professionals and future leaders to join, grow, and collaborate with the Master of Management Program at USU.
