Based on the Technical Agreement Letter Number: 0170/MAPPI-MoU.USU/02/IV/2011 and 928/H5.2.2/KS/2011 dated May 2nd, 2011, between the Central Board of the Indonesian Society of Appraisers (MAPPI) and the USU Postgraduate School regarding the implementation of a Master's program and/or Appraiser Certification, every student who has completed the third semester will receive 6 (six) certifications from MAPPI in the form of a Certificate of Equivalency. This Certificate of Equivalency indicates that MMPP students have met the requirements and can perform jobs that require certification as follows:
- Basic Valuation Education 1 Property
- Basic Valuation Education 2 Property
- Basic Indonesian Valuation Standards for Property
- Basic Valuation Education 1 Business
- Basic Valuation Education 2 Business
- Basic Indonesian Valuation Standards for Business Appraisers
Furthermore, students can pursue the next level of certification outside of the academic credit system (SKS) according to applicable regulations to obtain the MAPPI (Cert) title.
